Payment and Project Policy

  • All projects require 50% of the total payment before any project work can begin.  The remaining 50% will be due upon the completion of the project.
  • Project expected completion time is 7-10 days.
  • If project is started and client decides to leave the project for any reason then project will be terminated and any fees paid are forfeited.  If client decides to return then the project will have to be rescheduled at 8STEPMEDIA availability.
  • Clients are required to provide content (i.e. copy) and graphic assets for the projects (i.e. logos, typography, personal images).
  • Clients will be provided username and password for their site, but will not be given admin rights unless specifically requested.  If client requests admin rights and the site needs maintenance as a result of the client then that maintenance will be billed at $50/hour.
